Training

As a company we value training and invest heavily in our staff to ensure that the services they provide are of the highest quality and are safe, and we passionately believe that this should be the same for individual employers who employ and receive their care and support from personal assistants.

Both internally and through our trusted training partners we can support you in becoming a better employer and having a safe, well trained workforce through an array of training courses, and the best thing about it, there is funding available, meaning you may not have to contribute a penny towards it.  Furthermore, the funding can also be used to meet the cost of travel or hiring replacement support if a PA attends training during working hours.

We can visit you at home or at a suitable location, complete a training plan for you and your PA’s which specifically focuses on your needs.  We can help you fill out the forms and we can even with your consent, manage the whole process on your behalf from start to finish, it really is simple and hassle free.

  • Emergency First Aid at Work (Accredited Level 2)
  • 2 day induction to care and mandatory training for PA’s
  • Care Planning & Risk Assessment Training (Direct Payment specific)
  • 3 hour Moving & Handling in your home
  • How to be a good employer training
  • Safeguarding Adults training
  • Medication training
  • Condition specific training

  • The care certificate (linked to the PA role)
  • Apprenticeships
